Positive: Your front desk person "Logan" was very friendly and remembered my sister and brother-in-law from a previous stay, several months past. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He set the tone.

Negative: Pillows were plenty just not to my liking. Everyone has different tastes. But was not a deal breaker.:)
