Two cottages, steps away from each other, within 65 acres of beautiful rolling countryside including spa with pool, jacuzzi and sauna for your exclusive use - you don’t share it with anyone. Each cottage is fully equipped and recently furnished to a high standard. Underfloor heating makes it cosy in winter. The super king beds (one is zip and link in each cottage) have the best linen. Sofa bed in the main rooms. BBQ on the terrace. Free Wifi. Free tennis. There is no extra charge for cleaning.
The space
The cottages are all on one level and have all the creature comforts one would need. Discount for week bookings. Each cottage is within steps of the indoor spa and has its own terrace and parking. The ambient temperature in the pool area is kept at approx 30 degrees, the pool at 31/32 degrees and the spa is at 38.5 degrees. This is part of our farm so we are around to give advice etc but we respect your privacy. There is a smart TV in each cottage and a bose speaker in the pool to link for music. Milk, tea, coffee and other goodies are provided on arrival. The area is extremely quite, no road noise or light pollution! The bedrooms offer two super kings and two further super kings which are zip and link should singles be needed. There is also a sofa bed in each living room for an overflow. However, the cottages are really for eight but if you're happy, we're happy.
We aim to give you a first class experience. Towels, robes, hair dryers, toiletries etc are all included. Everything is of high quality so you can relax and enjoy your surroundings. Relax with a drink in the warm pool area or enjoy the fresh air with a BBQ on the terrace.
Guest access
Each cottage has its own private entrance which can be accessed at any time. The spa is available for your exclusive use during the duration of your stay. There is a private tennis court that is available upon request.

We get booked up well in advance and are currently taking bookings for 2024. We keep a waiting list, just let us know if you'd like to be added.
We are able to accommodate up to 10 people in total providing there are no more than 8 adults in your party. Please ask.
We are a working farm so don't be surprised to see the odd tractor!
We are able to accommodate helicopters.
As well as the spa there is an outside tennis court nearby which is available upon request.
