Have a lovely stay
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Right in the heart of Hackney, one of London's most vibrant up-and-coming neighborhoods. Just steps away is the Regent's canal, making for great strolls along the canal path and to nearby Haggerston park, London fields and beautiful Victoria park. Broadway market is also just around the corner, and it's a short walk to Columbia road flower market and Brick lane market.
Plenty of great transporation options nearby. The nearest tube station is Cambridge (about ten minute walk away), from there it's roughly 20 minutes to central London - Oxford Circus etc. Various buses are also on the doorstep going directly to central London and elsewhere.
Bethnal Green, Hoxton or Haggerston Overground Stations are also both a 15 minute walk away.
You can walk to Shoreditch, Dalston, or Brick Lane in about 20 minutes.
There are lots of bike hire places near so cycling is easy too.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
