Launch a kayak from the shared dock, take a bike ride on the Shining Sea bike path (just steps from the house) or sit and relax from one of the outdoor sitting areas. This home has been fully updated with a large center island fully stocked kitchen with adjacent dining room and living room with beautiful views from every window and an open flow indoor to outdoors.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms all with queen sized beds, the primary with a walk-in shower and the other two share a hall bath with tub/shower. there is also a den/office (with amazing views if you have to work) and a pull-out sofa for the occasional extra guest.
Located 1.1 mile to Chapoquoit Beach and 1.8 miles to Old Silver beach. After a day of activities rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and have a BBQ on the private patio while watching the sunset over the harbor.
This is a perfect spot to create Cape Cod vacation memories.
