Summary: We just got back from Arc En Ciel and couldn't say enough great things about the place. The property manages to be both in a perfect location (easy and quick access to St. Jean's beaches, Columbier Beach, and Flamand Beach which are all the best ones you would want to see), while at the same time when you have morning coffee on the terrace overlooking panoramic ocean views you see no other villas to the left or behind you. The property is very private, but also amazing and in a great location. The Service: The GM goes by Tom and is more competent than any we have had. He is extremely fast and efficient (he usually pics up right away when you call and if not he'll call you back in 1-5 minutes). He made reservations for us, fixed any issues that came up, and was tirelessly ensuring we all had a great time. The cleaning person was also great (Marie - spelling off). Lastly, the owner's exec assistant is extremely on the ball and fast to coordinate the booking so everything was smooth and hassle free. The Property: -All four bedrooms are beautiful with nice bathrooms so no one guest will be dissappointed if you go with a group -The pool and hot tub are amazing and well kept, overlooking the ocean. The pool is kept warm so evening swims are nice. -Common areas are spacious and tidy plus the kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals if you don't go out for dinner -Wifi works well as does the flatscreen (most or all bedrooms also have flat screens as I recall) -Parking - there's plenty of parking space for multiple cars -Pictures - they don't do the place justice at all and we hope it stays that way as you're taken aback upon first seeing the villa -Decor - they do a nice job with interesting sculptures, well-placed sitting areas, a fun beach charm (while not being tacky), and in general it's just a nice place to hang out with friends or family -Views - we stayed in St. Jean in November but more set back so the views were good but not great. The views from every room and especially the pool and terrace are unreal. You're right on top of the ocean, not set back, and you see just the hills and tide to your left and then full panoramic ocean views. At the same time, you could swim just a 1 minute walk away in a little bay, or you could drive to the best beaches within 3-5 minutes.
