Villa Rehoboth is a one-of-a-kind luxury 4,600 square foot home with a saltwater pool, 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 half baths with an incredible in-town location on an oversized 7500 sq foot lot. Located on a quiet residential street, yet steps to fabulous restaurants, shops, and a quick walk (less than three blocks) to the beach and boardwalk. This beautifully furnished modern farmhouse resort with a warm mid-century flair features a large, open, and spacious floor plan.
The first floor features a grand and soaring great room with decorative fireplace, large screen TV, and surround sound. The great room opens to the oversized backyard featuring a 20x14 blue stone surround saltwater pool (heating available) with matching covered pool cabana, and a separate pool bath. The other side of the great room opens to a spacious beautiful blue stone tiled screened porch at the front of the house.
Adjoining the great room is a well-stocked and striking chef’s kitchen featuring two separate sinks, wine refrigerator, premium stainless Thermador appliances, separate pantry and beautiful quartz island with adjacent open concept formal dining area, half-bath, and laundry/mud room.
There is a large primary bedroom on the first floor that overlooks and opens separately to the pool. It features a spa-style bath with a double headed shower, an adjustable king-sized bed with premium posturepedic mattress, and large screen TV with surround sound.
Leading to the lower and upper levels is a custom sculptural floating staircase. The light-filled lower level features 1500 sq feet of entertaining space, including a custom well-equipped wet bar, billiards, foosball, and a game table, half-bath, outside egress to the large grassy backyard area, and a lounge area with two flat screen TVs. The pièce de résistance is the dedicated custom home cinema with a 7 foot screen, 3-D theatre sound system and theatre seating and decor.
The second floor features 4 large bright and airy en-suite bedrooms each with flat screen TVs, premium Posturepedic bedding, and spa-style baths. The second floor also features a convenient open office/lounge area overlooking the floating stair and atrium.
Villa Rehoboth offers plenty of space to have fun, relax, and “do your own thing” while at the same time featuring a range of amenities with plenty of opportunities to socialize and luxuriate with your fellow guests. On any given day or night guests can sit around the bar conjuring craft cocktails while watching the big games on the two flat screen TVs, other guests can be streaming films in the theatre or playing in the game lounge area, while still others can be enjoying the other two levels of the house, as well as the front porch, spacious backyard and pool area.
