Summary: In general, the staff was ok. However, when we first checked in, attendant was a little curt in providing us our accommodations. Additionally, requested toilet paper from front desk when it wasn’t replaced. It was never sent to the room. I had to go down to retrieve from front desk. The room was clean. However… smaller than expected and discovered a major stain on the mattress. Parts of the wall was either peeling or bubbled. Walls had various stains. The rooms ad parts of the hotel need to be updated. Overall… okay experience but expected more for a 4 star hotel
