Welcome to Yaari, Our newly renovated modern farmhouse-themed cottage offers you panoramic views of Lake Erie. Perfect getaway with friends and family. Wake up to the serene sound of waves crashing with a beautiful sunrise to start your day. Grab a coffee at our newly extended deck to soak it all in. Enjoy a beautiful sunset, while toasting marshmallows in our rustic fireplace setting. This cottage is located in a quaint town, Wheatley which is 20 mins drive each way from Leamington & Tilbury
ABOUT THE SPACE:
Our bright and modern chic cottage can sleep up to 6(+1) people and includes 3 bedrooms(2 queen beds + 2 single beds + pull out couch). 1 full bathroom, open concept kitchen with a dining and living area along with a washer/dryer on the same floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, toaster, kettle, Keurig Coffee Maker(Yes we have pods for you) and microwave as well.
There is free Wi-fi for you with a Smart TV, grab your pyjamas and enjoy a nice movie on Netflix(provided).
We have a newly extended deck for you to enjoy BBQ grilling and eating around the outdoor propane fireplace which comes with swivel chairs and a Pearl Drop Swing, so you don't miss the views! Or enjoy watching the stars on our zero gravity chairs(weather permitting)
Our frontyard has a lawn area which is ideal for children and pets, however it is not fenced and will require supervision. There is a tree swing set for kids to enjoy or gather around our rustic firepit to toast marshmallows with friends & family.
GUEST ACCESS:
Exclusive access to the entire property. Entry will be provided with a unique code(lock-box).
Ample parking space provided on the property.
NO Beach Access from the Property!
Pier Beach is a 10 min drive from the property.
For your Safety, DO NOT GO BEYOND the Rear Patio, NEAR THE EDGE OF THE CLIFF TOWARDS THE LAKE. The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises and its facilities.
HOUSE RULES:
We ask for renters to leave the house and outdoors in the same state as they received it. Clean up after yourselves, Cottage needs to be left as found. :)
-Check-in: after 3pm / Check-out: before 12 Noon ;
- Pet Fees and Policy/Conditions: (a) Small (under 25 lbs), non-shedding dogs only. Guest must request permission before booking. A fee of $49 per stay will be charged extra (b) Only one dog per reservation. (c) Pets should not be left alone in the house for more than 1 hour. (d) Guest is responsible
for preventing noise from barking or crying (e) Please bring your own linens for pets - towels should not be used for wiping pets (f) Guests must pick up solid wastes and arrange for disposal outside the property - additional $100 cleaning fees will be charged for removing poop from our property;
-Strictly NO smoking or vaping indoors. please do not dispose buds in the lake, garden or plants;
-Quiet time after 11pm;
-Please clean drinkware and cookware before check-out and please empty the refrigerator of any food, boxes that you brought with you.
-The property runs on a Septic tank system, so we ask you be mindful of not disposing/flushing any improper material that may result in clogging such as kitchen towels, diapers, hygiene products etc.) If the toilet is found to be clogged, it will result in extra charges to cover for the damage
-Please tie and leave your “black” garbage bags in the large trash bin that is on the right side outside the house(near the shed);
-No Beach Access from the property;
-Please do not go beyond the patio out back of the property as it is not fenced;
-There is no boat launch from the property, however they can be launched nearby in Wheatley and Leamington;
-Bring your own firewood, is available nearby at Freddy's;
-Carry bug sprays, repellent sprays for outdoor use. To minimize bugs indoor, please keep the patio screen door and main door closed;
-Please use the brush to clean the bbq clean after use and would request you to keep the cover when not in use;
-Bonfires must conform to local and provincial regulations, and all fires must be out by 1am;
-No fires especially the the Fireplace(uses propane tank), Fire Torches out back in the Patio should NOT ever be left unattended.
LIABILITY - The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other than whom the invite to use the premise.
The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises and its facilities. The property is located on a cliff and there is no beach access, owners are not responsible for any falls or accidents and guests are expected to enjoy the
property responsibly. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming he risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the
premise.
