Within 1.5 miles you can join the Monsal Trail, an 8.5-mile traffic-free route through limestone dales, and a little further afield you can explore the beautiful scenery of Millers Dale (6.5 miles). Pay a visit to the market town of Bakewell; the spa town of Buxton (12.5 miles), with its lively arts scene; and pretty Ashford-in-the-Water (1.5 miles). The historic village of Eyam (6 miles) is also worth a visit.
Enter this comfortable family home into the hallway and make your way into the open-plan lounge/diner to the left. Here you’ll find a bright space, flooded with light from the French windows which lead out to the garden, and kept cosy by the wood burner in the stone fireplace. Switch on the Smart TV and snuggle down in the plump sofas for evenings of rest and relaxation. Two steps up from the lounge lead to the dining space, a comfortable place to eat and socialise.
