Please note the house is currently on the market, there may be viewing(s) during your stay. We will do our best to keep it to a minimum and any viewings will be done at a convenient time and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. We will compensate £50 for each viewing.
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning ofall our gueststays, and once the products are finished, we kindlyask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
Ifthebooking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
