Park Corner sits on the outside of the pretty village of Sutton Scarsdale, in the Derbyshire countryside. Located on a peaceful lane and surrounded by picturesque Derbyshire countryside, with views from every window, Park Corner is a wonderful home away from home for families and friends alike, at anytime of year.
Inside, you will find sumptuous furniture and décor throughout, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is the perfect place to gather together for simple meals, or to enjoy a morning coffee in solitude, with french doors leading out to the garden, bathing the area in natural light. The formal dining room at Park Corner is the ideal place to gather together for those big celebrations and intimate family meals. Moving through to the sitting room, you will be welcomed by the cosy wood burning stove and sumptuous seating. With a Smart television too, you can all curl up together in front of the wood burning stove and enjoy a family movie night, or you can let your competitive side show with the range of family board games. There is also a conservatory on the ground floor, that has 360 degree views of the countryside in which Park Corner is enveloped by.
Upstairs, the three tastefully furnished bedrooms await you, with their cloud-like beds offering a wonderful place to retire too after a day spent exploring Derbyshire. The principle bedroom offers a king-size bed, whilst the second bedroom also offers a king-size bed and an en-suite cloakroom, and the third bedroom offers twin single beds, perfect for the children. Bedrooms one and three are served by the family bathroom, that boasts a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. Throughout Park Corner, you will find stone flagged floors, stripped pine doors, shuttered windows and three cosy wood burning stoves that ensure that this is a wonderful place for family and friends to gather, no matter the time of year.
The beautiful, well-cared for gardens await you outside, that give way to the farmers fields beyond, with garden furniture for all and your own wood-fired hot tub to enjoy it all from. You will be spoilt for choice as to which view to take in for your morning coffee, and warm summer evenings can be spent dining alfresco on one of the patios whilst watching the sun go down.
Park Corner is on the doorstep of many stunning walking and cycling paths, with the nearby town of Sutton Scarsdale in easy reach as well, it is the perfect place to join together and celebrate, or to explore all that Derbyshire has to offer.
