A lovely home from home, bright and airy, pet friendly 2 bedroom caravan welcomes you in the wonderful Nottinghamshire countryside for a well deserved stress free getaway from your busy life.
It is a place ideal for families looking to spend their time in a comfortable holiday home in lovely surroundings.
The Park is surrounded by countryside, has river edge and local pub just a 3 minute walk away. It is a great area for walking,cycling, for just relaxing by the river Trent and fishing.
The space
On arrival you will find comfortable sofas in the lovely bright living area with TV, a spacious dining area in kitchen with main appliances including a hob, kettle, toaster & microwave. Teas, coffee, sugar, oil,milk are all provided plus a high chair is available for one child.
The master bedroom has a comfy double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, tv, an air conditioning unit and an ensuite toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
There is a family shower room and toilet. All bedding, towels and tea towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided.
A toddler bed guard is available.
Guest access
You will have full sole access to the caravan. The caravan does not have suitable disabled access.
Access to fishing on river Trent within fishing season. Make sure you have bought your licence!
Other things to note
Only registered guests allowed. Not registered people will not receive bedding items and towels.
Only house-trained pets will be allowed. Dog bowls provided as long with hose outside and towels to clean paws.
Please do not let them sleep on beds or sofas!
If you want them sitting by you please use your own pet blanket instead!
Pets will not be allowed to be left in the caravan alone.
All dogs must be kept on a lead all the time whilst on the park.
Barking must be controlled.
Please clean up after your dog!
Dogs who become a nuisance or could pose a risk of injury to other Park users, must be removed from the Park.
No parties allowed.
Please respect other guests of the park and keep your voices down.
No drugs allowed in the caravan or on the site.
Strictly no smoking inside the caravan. You may smoke outside the caravan but please use the ashtray provided and dispose of the cigarette ends responsibly.
No fireworks or open fires allowed. BBQ’s are allowed as long as used with care and the area is kept clean and tidy. Electric BBQ and extra long extension of the lead located in shed.
Washing machine been installed recently and located as well in the shed.
Push bike in the shed. Use it if you wish,but on your own safety risk as I do not provide helmet etc.
Please bear in mind that there is no shop in the village. The nearest shop is in the village of Rampton around a 10 minutes drive away. Bigger choice of shop is at the Co-op in Tuxford, a 15 minute drive away.
For longer stays use delivery option from main superstores. (Give driver proper description how to access park and caravan).
