Kroenke Kottage was built in 2009 and is located on the northwest shore of Shawano Lake near the end of a dead end road. Our log home includes an attached double garage. The main level features a beautiful vaulted great room with 2 story windows overlooking Shawano Lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (including a dishwasher), hickory cabinets, solid surface counter tops and a full complement of dishes and flatware. The master bedroom, also located on the main level, features log furniture including a queen size bed and full bath. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer, mud room/foyer and 1/2 bath on the main level. Upstairs you will find a large loft, 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath. The loft features a sitting area overlooking the great room (and two full size futon couches / sleepers). One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a full size bed. Other features: Screened porch, covered deck with recessed lighting, A/C and ceiling fans, and wireless internet. There are also games, movies and a Bluetooth-enabled stereo available for your use while staying at our lake house.
