It is equipped with a bathroom (toilet, double headed shower, washer/dryer) and a full kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery/cooking utensils and equipment). The cottage features 3 bedrooms, a lake-facing sunroom (including a hideaway sofa bed), as well as a loft (has a lower ceiling) with additional sleeping spaces. Cozy up to a wood-burning fireplace (or furnace) in the colder months, or escape the summer heat with the A/C.
The cottage is on Red Lake. The lake can get weedy in the summer, however it is 1 mile from the Red river where there is local fishing, swimming, tube-floating and kayaking. Visit local shops and eateries in Gresham or take a short drive to Shawano for local culture, food and excursions.
