Summary: The pillows in the room were horrendous. My neck was hurting the entire trip. I did love how there is a skywalk to the water park but the park was very dirty. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was asked daily about doing a timeshare presentation and they were relentless. I started to get inpatient continuously telling them no.
