The kitchen and bathroom have been recently upgraded to a very high standard. There is a small, stepped garden and private terrace attached to the main house garden area, for your exclusive use.

There is plenty of on street safe parking immediately outside the flat in this quiet, leafy residential area, a few minutes walk from the shops and amenities of the historic village of Bridge of Allan. The village is situated 3 miles from Stirling with easy access to the M9 and M8 motorways and the Trossachs National Park. Bridge of Allan has a railway station and there are regular trains to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth. Stirling university campus is a 10 minute walk away and there are splendid views of the Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle from the main house
