You're in the heart of the city centre!
You're surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants with our favourite place to visit, Dukes 92 and The Wharf only an 8 minutes’ walk away.
TRANSPORT
Our closest train station is Deansgate and it’s only an 11 minutes walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 11 minutes walk away at Deansgate, or a 13 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop.
PARKING:
The closest car park to us is Water Street car park and is a 2 minute walk from us, you can use the app PaybyPhone for your ease to pay for the car parking.
There is also a NCP car park which is an 11 minutes walk from us and costs £22 per day.

We have a washer dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
