They combine comfort with a superbly secluded location. Festive decorations and tree are supplied for Christmas bookings. Beside the properties is a footpath leading to farmland, and close by are sandy beaches, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath (National Trust), whilst Aldeburgh is a little further. Castles, a wildlife park and Sutton Hoo are easily accessible. Farm shop 2 miles and market town of Halesworth 3 miles, shop and village pub within 1 mile.. Both properties: Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Fenced garden. Patio with garden furniture. The owner has advised that on request she can provide a seat for guests to sit on in the shower and also on request provide a ramp for guests to get into the property.
