Lynt Cottage has been newly renovated to the highest standard, offering characterful and luxurious accommodation for a country escape, to suit couples and families a like. The cottage is a detached, Cotswold stone property, which historically was the old stables to the main house. Perfectly located for exploring the Cotswolds most loved spots- the “gateway to the Cotswolds” from the historic charm of Burford and Broadway to sought after day trips to Daylesford, Lakes By Yoo and many National Trust spots and adventures to be had at South Cerney Lakes.
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Lynt Cottage is the perfect place to relax in the fluffy dressing gowns provided, or use the smart television with a great selection of DVDs, super fast broadband, games and puzzles.
KITCHEN + DINING SPACE
The well equipped kitchen offers a breakfast bar, a large fridge, large freezer, an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave. As well as a great space for dining and entertaining. The table, currently set up for 6 people, extends to seat 8 people if required (please ask with your booking).
LIVING AREA
The downstairs living space is open plan and very spacious but still retains a cosy feel with the bio-ethanol fuel burner. There are double patio doors which lead onto an enclosed courtyard style garden with an outdoor dining area and BBQ. There is an impressive DVD selection as well as a good variety of games and toys and plenty of information on local attractions and walks.
MASTER BEDROOM + ENSUITE
The main bedroom is bright and spacious with a separate seating area where you can enjoy brewing your morning coffee with the Nespresso machine. A beautifully modern en-suite shower room with cosy dressing gowns and a hair dryer.
BEDROOM 2 + FAMILY BATHROOM
The second bedroom is set up as a twin room and benefits from being next to the separate family bathroom, with a free standing bath. All mattresses have been newly replaced and are pocket sprung with a memory foam orthopaedic topper. The pillows and duvets are duck and goose down.
AMENITIES
All Linen and towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable along with soft cosy dressing gowns, shampoos, soaps, conditioners and lotions. Also provided are loo rolls, some dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, laundry washing tablets and fabric softener, tea bags, instant coffee and Nespresso capsules and kitchen roll to get you started.
The cottage is well equipped and suitable for young children. A Travel cot and high chair can be arranged by separate request (please ask at time of booking). There is also a child gate at the top of the stairs for peace of mind and a bath seat as well as some child friendly crockery and cutlery, lots of toys and games and some DVDs.
PARKING AND ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
There is ample driveway parking for 2 cars outside the cottage. By separate negotiation, EV car charger can be available. Unfortunately it is not permitted to charge an electric vehicle using power from the cottage.

Katie used to run her own catering company and can offer everything from a full English breakfast (or breakfast hamper) to picnic hampers, Cream Teas, causal evening meals or extravagant dinner party style food is on offer. Please feel free to enquire with your booking.

- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property for 2 cars.

- Pets are allowed at the property by SEPARATE NEGATION ONLY. Pets are NOT permitted on any furniture or upstairs. There is a £20 charge for a pet stay.
