In the spring, mushrooms are flavoured with local wild garlic and the autumn sees apple season with freshly pressed apple juice, laced with ginger, and homegrown tomatoes from the smallholding.
An outside seating area receives the sun in the morning and makes and ideal place from which to watch the bats in the evening, stargaze, and listen out for owls hooting in the neighbouring woods. Relax in the evenings in the lounge, with its cosy wooden beams and inglenook fireplace.
