Charnwood is a comfortable, two-bedroomed cottage located in the pretty Cornish village of Lewannick. The large French doors in the lounge let the light in and they lead off to the patio and grassed garden area with its quirky Christmas tree planted in the centre. Please note the garden is not enclosed as it wraps around the house with no gates on either side while the garage contains owner's possessions and is off-limits to guests.

The village itself has a shop and Post Office, a pub, church, doctor's surgery and garage. The property itself is situated on a quiet residential street and only a few hundred meters and a couple of minute's stroll from the centre of the village. The Archer's Arms in the village is a traditional pub serving hearty pub food.
The cottage is a perfect location from which to explore Cornwall from - further afield from the village guests will enjoy day trips to Tintagel and Port Isaac on the North Coast and Portwrinkle and Looe on the South Coast. For golfers, the local course at Trethorne Golf Club only 3 minutes up the road welcomes visiting players.
