Summary: Check in quick and efficient. Room and bathroom clean and well appointed. Mattress very good. Pillows only so so. two major complaints: Breakfast is poorly set up. Food terrible. Service non-exitent. You do the absolute minimum just to say breakfast is included. This is a chainwide -no industry wide phenomenon. It would cost you less to ghive every guest a $2.50 certificate for McDonalds. Cigarette Butts: the parking and curbs around the building have clearly noy been swept for many days. It's disgusting and an overlooked detail that reflects very poorly on the property management. Shameful
