The open plan Kitchen/living/dining room has been thoughtfully arranged to maximise the space and offers everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The kitchen area provides a dishwasher, cooker, hob, kettle and microwave. There is a dining table with 2 chairs and comfortable seating in the sitting area with TV and French doors leading out to the lovely decked terrace with table and chairs & BBQ for ‘al-fresco’ dining and sun loungers to enjoy during the summer months!

There is a double bedroom with hanging and storage space.
Bathing
There is a modern shower room with walk in shower, wc and sink. The outside shower is perfect for washing off after the beach.
Outside
The property has one dedicated parking space on the shared driveway and a separate private entrance leads to the terraced garden and gives access to the property. There is a storage box for smaller items and space to store surfboards/bikes (not locked).

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
