Brewery Cottage is located in the heart of the gorgeous Cotswold market town of Bradford on Avon and just a hop and a skip into the World Heritage City of Bath. The cottage is situated in a quiet courtyard, only a minute's walk to all this historic gem of a town has to offer, making it the perfect base from which to explore this delightful area. One free parking space is offered right outside the front door - free parking in our town is like gold dust.. enjoy!
The Space:
Brewery Cottage combines the best of ancient and modern, a traditional Bath stone exterior blended with a stylish, modern interior. The under-floor heated ground floor hosts a fabulous, fully equipped contemporary shaker style kitchen with quartz worktops and Neff appliances. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided for your use and a few welcome coffee pods are supplied for your enjoyment. A large smart TV sits to one side and can be viewed comfortably from the dining area.
The dining area has doors leading on to the patio of the enclosed garden which contains an outdoor corner sofa, a cantilever parasol, and an outdoor dining table and chair set which comfortably seats 6. This private garden is an incredible sun trap and a bbq is provided for your use so you can relax and enjoy dining alfresco.
The ground floor also features a cosy sitting room with comfy sofa and armchairs to relax at the end of a busy day exploring.
The master bedroom with king-size French bed and en-suite is found on the first floor, together with the twin-bedded room and Villeroy and Boch family bathroom.
The second floor houses a large bedroom and another en-suite. This room can be made up as two singles or a super king, as required - please request this, at minimum, 5 days prior to your stay.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total (2 en-suite), this gorgeous cottage is the perfect space to share with family and friends. We are passionate about renewable energy and so, our electricity is supplied via our roof solar panels.
This home is child-friendly and a high chair and travel cot are available too.
Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the whole house and garden. There is one allocated parking place for one vehicle.

The town has a fabulous array of restaurants and pubs as well as boutique shops and a swimming pool. The famous Tithe Barn is only a 10 minute walk away as is the ancient Saxon Church. The cottage is close to local attractions - the UNESCO city of Bath is 20 minutes away and Longleat Safari Park is 40 minutes away.
Getting Around:
There is an off-street parking space for one car. Additional cars can be parked on the nearby streets.
There is an excellent bus service to Bath and Trowbridge from the town centre.
The town of Bradford on Avon has a train station (approximately a 10 minute walk from the house) that is just 12 min ride into Bath city centre.

It is only a 10 minute walk to the station and just 12 mins into Bath on trains that depart several times per hour.
