Sandy Cottage is an original mid 1800's semi detached Fisherman's Cottage. Refurbished to a high standard it boasts a central location in the old part of Caister village, approximately 150 metres from the quiet sandy beach and dunes (Dog friendly beach all year). Fishing is popular on the local beach, with a good selection of different species being caught all year round. Views of the Caister Life Boat Station and a partial sea view can be seen from the front bedroom window. With off street parking for 2 vehicles on a gravel driveway to the front of the cottage there is also plenty of additional parking on the road down the side of the property. The nearest pub and chip shop are situated about 150 metres away with several other pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops within a 5-10 minute walk. The moated Caister Castle and the Beautiful Norfolk Broads National Park are just a very short drive away, giving you the opportunity to explore the Broads and maybe do some fishing aboard your very own Broads cruiser which you can hire for a day from one of the many local boatyards. With its Castle, many Historical attractions and endless shops restaurants and entertainment, your sure to find something for everyone.
