If you’re in the mood of an outdoor meal, the gas grill and patio set are set on the patio. All outdoor furniture is available seasonally. Guest access The entire property is available for your use! Other things to note This home is located in a residential area; therefore, there is a strict no-party rule in place. No loud noise is allowed after 9 pm. Please be considerate of the neighbors and do not park on the road. No smoking is allowed and there will be a $500 penalty if violated.
We do provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and essentials to get you started. However, if you’re planning an extended weekend stay or visiting with a larger group, we recommend picking up some extra supplies to ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay.
Security Deposit: A deposit equal to 10% of the reservation total will be charged and held securely. It will be fully refunded 48 hours after checkout if the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed.
