On entering the property there is a small area before the main door, where muddy boots can be kept. The hallway leads off on the left to a spacious lounge with log burner, smart TV, an extensive library of books & amazing views from the window.
There is a downstairs WC
The kitchen, dining room/table for 6 & utility room are also on the ground floor with patio doors leads to the garden
Climbing the stairs will lead to a dedicated work space with complimentary monitor and keyboard plus great views again.
The master bedroom has lots of built in storage space
The twin bedroom is also spacious with lots of storage and a lovely view over the back of the property
The walk in shower & WC is also off the landing
The third bedroom is also spacious with good views across the horse paddock and nearby hills
Guests will have full access to all parts of the property

• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
