Close to Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay, the pretty village of Cemaes is just 1 mile with its shop, cafe and pub, whilst Machynlleth market town (the Ancient Capital of Wales) is just 7 miles. Glyndwr's Way can be joined from the doorstep, Cader Idris (one of the Snowdonia peaks) can be seen across the valley and Aberdyfi can be found at the end of the valley with a stunning beach where the Dyfi river enters the sea.Part of the UNESCO designated 'Dyfi Biosphere', this is an excellent and central base to explore Mid Wales and all its attractions.
Size – sleeps five in three bedrooms.
Beds – One super-king (can be split into two singles on request), one king and one large single bed.
Rooms – ground floor – kitchen diner, lounge, games room, utility and shower room. First floor – 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
Kitchen and utilities – oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Entertainment – Sky TV, wifi and games room with table football, air hockey table and piano. Enclosed garden with in-ground trampoline and play equipment including paddling tractors.
For families – high chair, stairgate and travel cot available on request. Please bring own cot linen.
Outside – enclosed grounds including a lawn with decking and garden furniture and in-ground trampoline. Tarmac area around the house - all on one level, perfect for children with bikes, paddling toys, scooters etc.
General – electricity and central heating included. Bed linen and towels provided. Welcome pack provided on arrival including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, home-made cakes and biscuits. Wi-Fi available. Iron and ironing board available. Basic items provided such as washing up liquid, salt and pepper, soap, toilet rolls and so on. The owner has a celebration cake making business, please add a note on your booking if you would like to book cakes/cupcakes for your stay and the owner will contact you to discuss further.
