Many guests in the past year have been Medical field workers working 90 day rotations at Cincy Children's (5.7 miles), St.Elizabeth Ft.Thomas (2.2 miles), University Hospital (5 miles), V.A Hospital (5.9 miles) Good Samaritan (7.4 miles), and many others. The place is setup with everything you need for a long term stay.

Guest access
Use of backyard, deck, and grill. Guests are welcome to use the backyard fire pit. We ask that guest use their own firewood which can be purchased at Kroger near the house. The second floor balcony is also common space for use by any floor.
This is a three unit building with parking for four cars on the driveway and parking pad. We ask that guests respect parking rights of other guests and only use one space. If two cars are brought please let us know ahead of time as only one unit can have an extra space. There is additional parking on the street.

The Bonnie Leslie neighborhood of Bellevue Kentucky was recently added to the register of National Historic neighborhoods by the National Parks department. It features unique German architecture. It is one of three historic neighborhoods in the small city of Bellevue.
Bellevue Kentucky was name one of the top five neighborhoods in Cincinnati. Highlighted for it's closeness to downtown, great city views, low crime, and unique homes. It has a main street with local shops, restaurants, bakeries, and a brewery. The party source features one of the largest selections of alcohol in the city. Inside there is a tap room for local Braxton brewery. New Rift distillery produces Kentucky Bourbon and is open for tours.
Getting around
Guests have access to our driveway and parking pad. You will need to drive or Uber from our house. All street and lot parking is free in the city of Bellevue. For downtown Cincinnati parking we're happy to suggest our favorite parking spots upon request.

This is a three apartment building. Please be courteous to other guests by keeping volume levels to normal especially late at night.
