The living room sports 1 leather sofa,1 leather sectional, and one recliner, so everyone can sit comfortably and visit or watch TV! There is a fireplace also!
The attached screened in deck has a futon that can be used as a bed when weather permits. There's also a fire ring in the back yard with plenty of seating, plus picnic tables and swing set, and a open deck with a propane grill. Shaded front yard and spacious back yard are fun for everyone!
NO SMOKING (except for outside, screen porch included), and NO PETS in this clean vacation rental. Towels & linens are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - 2 refrigerators, one with an ice maker/water dispenser, and a second refrigerator, perfect for fisherman and large groups.
