Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Breakfast was good quality food. Table service rather than buffet was a pleasant change. Personnel were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was located within easy walking distance of the Town centre Paid parking very convenient and accessible. Bedrooms very clean and comfortable.

Negative: Very limited breakfast menu. The level of service didn't ensure correct or timely delivery of what was ordered. There was no lift and this made it difficult to navigate the various floors and stairs. The hotel gave the impression of being under staffed.

Summary: A satisfying stay, but questionable value for money 5/10.
