The property sits on 1.4 acres so lots of outdoor space and laid out well. 3 kayaks and 3 paddleboards available. The complete area is very nice and has the up north feel with lots of golf, lakes, and other activities available. Beautiful indoor main living room with large windows to the lake and central air after a hot day outside. Large new firepit area with wood and seating. New large 12x20 patio 6 feet from the lake shoreline. Gazebo off the house with cooking are with large newer gas grills.
