Lavender Cottage is charming two-bedroom (one double and one twin) Pet Friendly property. The open plan layout on the ground floor comprises kitchen, diner and lounge area (newly tiled contemporary flooring throughout), incorporating a wood burning stove, the two bedrooms on first floor are attractive and stylish, with crisp cotton bedding and cosy, soft throws.
A new bathroom has recently been installed with light and modern fittings, incorporating a heated towel rail and a large shower cubicle with powerful shower.
Lavender has a private patio - a sunny and relaxed area in which to wind down with a glass of something chilled whilst enjoying the lovely views to the main 1 acre garden. Parking for 2 cars is available on-site.
**Please note a charge of £30 per dog per stay is applicable, this is paid directly to us on arrival.
Nestled in beautiful countryside on the edge of Bodmin Moor, we are located just 5 miles from A38 & 6 miles from the A30 - an ideal location to explore the best of everything that Cornwall has to offer, with Eden, Lanhydrock and Heligan being close by and the rugged cliffs on the South Coast (Looe, Polperro, Rame Head) plus quaint fishing villages and the sandy beaches of the North Coast (Padstow, Polzeath, Newquay)are easily accessible. Dog friendly country walks for both the casual stroller and also the accomplished hiker can be enjoyed from our very own doorstep!
