Set within the trees and surrounded by the neighborhood wildlife, this charming 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has everything one would need for the perfect Cape Cod vacation, including stunning sunset views across the Wellfleet Bay and a gorgeous stretch of private beach that is just a minute walk from the front door. The home truly epitomizes the feeling of Cape Cod life. The decor is comfortable and welcoming and the structure of the house fits right into its natural surroundings. Much of the top floor is a large open space, consisting of a living room and entertainment area, dining area, an adjoining half bath, and a kitchen with every piece of cookware or gadget that you could ever need. Next to this gathering area is the primary bedroom suite. This levels walls are lined with glass doors and large windows, opening up the space to the outside views, sunlight, and wrap around porch that is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Downstairs are three additional bedrooms, each with its own unique look and feeling. There is an additional primary suite with full bath. The two other rooms each have two twin beds. The lower floor has two full bathrooms, laundry room, and the front door that leads to another wrap around deck with an outdoor shower.
