Recently outfitted with air conditioning, this home offers plenty of space for gathering and relaxing after a day at the beach.
A tiered central stairway with landings on each level connects the home’s three floors, with entry doors on both the first and second levels for easy access.
On the ground level, you’ll find a large family room, one bedroom with two full beds, a full bath with a tub off the hallway, and a separate laundry room.
The mid-level features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and main living areas that open onto the deck—perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying the surrounding natural setting. This level also includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with a full bed—and a full bath with a tub between them.
The top level includes three bedrooms: one with two full beds, one with two twin beds, and one with a queen bed, as well as a full bath with a shower off the hallway. A small sitting room or loft area on this level provides a quiet spot to read or unwind.
In 2009, new floors were added on the first and mid-levels, and all bathrooms were updated.
