Summary: Other than a ten minute wait when I first arrived (the proprietors were off site) my stay was amazing. The proprietors were helpful and welcoming and the room spacious, warm and comfortable. It includes a good sized fridge, microwave and kettle so those on a budget can do basic meal prep. I love being out in Edinburgh but its also nice to have a comfortable base to return to at night. The proprietor also allowed me to leave my car parked out front for a few hours after checked out for another trip into town. All round a really good experience.
