The cottage is located in the historic village of Bretforton, located on the edge of the North Cotswolds, with a range of facilities including the award winning National Trust owned The Fleece Inn, famous for their ales, ciders and fantastic food (6 minutes walk) . There is also a theatre/restaurant at Bretforton Grange. The nearest town is Evesham & its amenities are 4 miles away. The Cotswold & its Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are a 10 minute drive away. Shakespeare's Stratford 14 miles, historic Worcester 20 miles. There are good London links from train stations at Evesham, Honeybourne & Moreton. The village also benefits from a community shop, full of essential items and tasty treats and for local farm shop goodies, Chadbury Farm Shop (8 minutes) has a great café (highly recommended for breakfast) and store for local produce including a delicatessen.
Being so close to the Cotswolds, you have access to a wide range of activities such as walking, sight-seeing, cycling and shopping.
