The space
We are delighted to welcome you to our home. Located in the quaint village of Inkberrow, tucked away amongst the Worcestershire countryside. Found approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the historical city of Worcester and a stones throw away from the stunning Cotswolds. You will be staying in a charming 4 bedroom country home. Enjoy a cosy getaway with picturesque walks, local village shops and country pubs serving arguably the best food that Worcestershire has to offer.
My property sleeps up to 8 guests (two kings, one superking and a twin).
Ground Floor:
Entering from the parking area, you arrive in to the hallway/veranda through a beautiful front door. There is plenty of seating in the veranda to take off those muddy boots after a lovely country walk. Moving next into the large and spacious living room with warm glowing fire and double aspect views. The living rooms looks out over the large garden. The living room is equipped with a large Smart TV (You'll need to use your own log in details for the TV applications).
The living room flows into a large dining room that seats 8 and is perfect for large family meals overlooking the garden.
Moving into the well-equipped kitchen, that has everything you need for home dining. Use of appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating and integrated vacuum built in to the walls.
First Floor:
The first bedroom at the top of the stairs is a large twin room with wardrobe and bedside tables. The next bedroom along the hallway is a king bedroom with wardrobe and en-suite shower room.
Returning to the top of the stairs, the bedroom on the right is a light and airy bedroom with built in wardrobes, dressing table, bedside tables and drawers. There is an incredibly comfortable super king bed.
The master bedroom comes with a king bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a dressing table. There is also a large smart TV. The master bedroom comes with a large en-suite shower room.
Next to the master bedroom is a large family bathroom. The bathroom includes a large bathtub with shower over.
Outside:
Parking is available on the private gated driveway. The property can easily accommodate all of your cars.
There is a private garden to the rear of the property with outdoor seating, summerhouse, patio, barbecue and a large lawn area that attracts the sun.

Guests have access to the whole property.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
