Positive: Really clean and comfortable house. Beds very comfy, towels fluffy. Plenty of space for the four of us. A nice sunny patio garden to sit in in the afternoon. Great location - 5 mins walk from a beautiful, empty beach, pub, cafe, playground, restaurant. Very short drive from Lowestoft and Beccles.

Negative: A tiny thing - fill up the salt and pepper pots in the kitchen for cooking. A couple of rugs in the bedroom would be great - the rough carpeting is a little rough on bare feet.

Summary: Lovely cottage - clean, comfy and well equipped - perfect for a beach holiday
