Living/Dining/Cooking
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. From the kitchen, a dining table, comfortably seating 6 guests can be found.
The living area is arranged in two sections, with two smart TVs. To the front of the property, the lounge is cleverly converted to the third bedroom by a retractable partition (with separate access from the hallway). Not only does this retractable partition provide privacy for guests using this room, it separates the living space into two. One sofa, an armchair, and an additional television provide the remaining guests with part of the living area for their early morning coffee. The corner sofa can then be set up as a double bed in the evenings. During the day, there is comfortable seating in the living area for 6 guests. Bean bags are provided for additional seating.
Sleeping
Two bedrooms can be found off the hallway. The master bedroom houses a double bed and storage space. The second bedroom has the flexibility to be arranged as either a double bed or two single beds.
There is a contemporary family bathroom equipped with an electric shower.
Outside
A door leads from the dining area into the enclosed garden - perfect for children, pets and sunbathing! The hot tub (charges apply) will offer all members of the party hours of fun! A coal BBQ is provided for alfresco dining.
An outside shower is the perfect addition for a rinse down after a day of surfing - and is incredibly handy with the hot tub!
This property is well equipped for guests with young children, there is a highchair, travel cot (additional charge) and baby bath provided at this property as well baby bowls, cups and spoons.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.
There is a refundable security deposit of £350 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
