Quarry tiles are laid to the floor and a large fireplace sits to the centre of the feature wall with an electric wood burner effect fire. This snug is a cosy space to snuggle up with a good book, or catch up on some TV. To the opposite side of the hallway, a large and sociable kitchen diner features modern units along with a large dining table located to one end. The U-shaped kitchen units finished in a grey wood effect feature a pale wooden worktop housing a double oven and electric hob, built in dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty of storage space. With wood strip flooring, bright white walls and spotlights, this modern and contemporary kitchen is a fabulous room to cook up some hearty breakfasts or dinners, and socialise at the end of a busy day exploring.
