Welcome to our Craigville retreat, close walk (0.3 mi) to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape. We are close to other beaches, downtown Hyannis, ferry to Islands, Barnstable airport, many restaurants, hiking/kayaking/biking, Melody tent. You’ll love the house because of its walkable to the beach location and lots of natural light. If you want to stay in you can enjoy private fenced backyard w/ fire pit, porch furniture and a hammock. The house is stocked with all you need to relax. We can host 1-2 dogs.
Feel free to use all spaces and items in the house and in the yard.

Guest access
You can access house through the side door with a lock pad. The code will be set up for every rental party and shared with you prior to check in. The host is not present at the check in.
Other things to note
Guests cannot use the indoor fireplace under any circumstances. At least one renter in the party has to be 22 year old or older. No more than 6 medium size cars are allowed on the driveway. We do not allow more than 12 people at the property.
