On the ground floor the wide entrance hall has a downstairs cloakroom on the left and on the right a bright, stylish and extremely well equipped kitchen with breakfast area that features a wonderful open aspect through to the lounge.
From the hall three steps lead down to a generous open plan lounge/dining area with statement lighting, two large sofas and glass doors spanning the entire back wall, opening up to a gorgeous patio area with seating.
Upstairs, there is a family bathroom and double bedroom with skylight. Up three further steps is a large kingsized bedroom with a desk area, and space for child bed, and a separate single bedroom. All the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings bringing a feeling of light and space to the fabulous surroundings.
