On the ground floor is a sitting room with dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a patio with furniture and a barbecue, and a small lawn across a quiet farm track. Help is also often welcome on the 135 acre mixed farm. Two miles from the interesting old town of Honiton, Swallows Cottage is a friendly base for a relaxing break in Devon. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, pet charge of £15.00 for the second dog.
