Positive: The Grange met all my expectations. Lovely building & setting. Lovely owner, Diane, who went out of her way to accommodate me. It was a short drive to EXT airport.

Negative: I didn't have a sense of distance from Exeter St. Davids train station and it was a 28 pound taxi fare. Definitely a disadvantage if you don't have a car as there is no restaurant, but there are some nearby.

Summary: Beautiful, Quiet retreat in the country
