5 Bedroom House in Sefton Park, Toxteth
This is NOT your standard characterless corporate stay over - quirky decor and full of original local art and unique furniture. TVs and coffee/tea facilities in all rooms, bar one on ground floor (next to Lounge and kitchen). Large well equipped kitchen, with table which can seat 8 - it has everything you will need to cook and eat just bring your food - Smeg range cooker, fridge freezer, fresh coffee beans and grinder, Yorkshire Tea, Water filter and loads of equipment / utensils etc. Nice courtyard to rear - table chairs, swing seat soon to be updated - see pictures.
It has 5 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms - There is a super king bed on ground floor - 4 bedrooms have King sized beds and two have two singles - so can comfortably sleep 14. All mattresses are high end makes and have been constantly commented on as exceptionally comfy. All rooms have black out curtains or blinds.
Parking is free in front of house and enough space for three or more cars on road there are currently no charges in this area. There is also a electrical charging point for the modern car -just in front of the house. Not sure what the rates are as I don't use it.
Families and single sex groups welcome - but no parties in the house please - no electronic music after 12 midnight and not in the courtyard after 11pm. I have great neighbours and do not want to annoy them.

The house is 25 mins walk away from the city centre, with great public transport links - although if there are more than 4 travelling, it is perhaps cheaper to catch a taxi - costing £6-8 to the city centre. It is on the edge of the most culturally diverse area of Liverpool (Toxteth) and in the corner of a conservation area. At the end of the road (Lodge Lane) there are amazing and cheap places to eat, mainly take-aways but also over 8 places where you can sit down and eat food from Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Jamaica, North Africa, Southern India, as well as a few coffee shops, two off licences and several supermarkets supplying this diverse area.
Within walking distance there is Smithdown Road (which has a music festival within these venues every year) also with incredible places to eat and drink. It is about 10 min walk to the best green spaces in Liverpool - Sefton / Princes Park. Lark Lane only 15 min walk is a lovely victorian road rammed with amazing eateries / bars / cafes / and art shops.
