NO BUNK BEDS!! 5 bdrm/ 5-1/2 bath house located 6 blocks from campus. Excellent shopping and dining nearby. Other attractions include George Bush Library, Blue Bell Park, Reed Arena, Davis Diamond, the MSC and Rudder Auditorium. Easterwood Field airport is about a 10 minute drive and HEB is just a mile away. Howdy House is located adjacent to Tarrow Park, which has basketball courts, splash pad and other activities.
We are steeped in tradition from the curtains to the art work to the themed bedrooms all the way to your view of Kyle Field just out the back door!!
Howdy House is perfectly laid out for your convenience and comfort with two bedrooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. All five spacious bedrooms each have a private bath, vanity area and a queen sized bed with luxury bedding & towels. The upstairs and downstairs each have a large living area so families can spread out, play games or just relax and watch your favorite movie. A beautiful balcony is off the upstairs living area with a large table and chairs and two rockers for enjoying the night air or eating al fresco.
The large kitchen has a beautiful granite island with barstools and a table to seat a total of 10. Modern conveniences include a full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Also adjacent to the kitchen is a fully stocked coffee/tea bar. You will enjoy barbecuing and gathering in the backyard lit with soft party lights and a view of Kyle Field.
With so many activities within walking distance, you’ll appreciate adequate parking in the driveway.
