Summary: Positive - great location for kayaking access Lake Erie or Detroit River, bedrooms and bathroom very clean, .Negative - Kitchen lacks enough forks, lighting is difficult to figure out and many light bulbs were burnt out, plumbing issue through the home with loud hissing from first floor bathroom. Can not sleep in first floor bedroom because of this.
