Stable Cottage was originally part of the wonderful stone built stable block at 400 year old Yealscombe Farm, and is situated at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by woodland and fields.
The Cottage consists of a Kitchen/dining room, 2 comfortable lounges (one on ground floor and one on first floor) 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 room with either 3 singles or a 6ft zip and link bed and a single and 1 single bedroom.
There is a drying/ Laundry room for coats, boots and dogs. Secure area to store bikes. Enclosed outside area with wonderful views across the valley and a picnic bench and barbeque.
Situated on the outskirts of Exford, a pretty and unspoilt village with 2 good pubs, a tea room and a shop.
Centrally located in the National Park, Stable Cottage provides a great base from which to explore Exmoor, from the rugged coastline to the inspiring moorland and everything in between.
Whilst no longer a working farm we do have Ponies, Sheep, Goats, Chickens and Ducks which Children are more then welcome to help feed/care for.
