It’s found in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac within a stone’s throw of Braunton lovely town centre and only a short drive to the stunning beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde and Ilfracombe.
The property has 3 bedrooms and it’s own private garden. Parking is free and available on the street. The key will be in a key safe allowing fully flexible arrival time after 3pm.
The space
The property is very recently refurbished, modern, clean, bright and airy. It has 3 bedrooms: a king, a twin and a bunk bed room. The bunk beds are full sized singles and can sleep adults if required. There is a large walk in shower in the bathroom upstairs with separate toilet, and another toilet downstairs. The garden is private and catches the afternoon sun. There is a trunk with board games for those rainy days!
